SunSetter awnings are available in both motorized and manual versions. Motorized awnings extend and retract at the touch of a button using a quiet, reliable motor. A wireless remote control lets you operate the awning from anywhere on your patio. Installation Process

We start by visiting your home to measure the installation area, discuss positioning and projection, and help you choose a fabric color and pattern from SunSetter's extensive selection. Installation typically takes half a day. Our crew mounts the awning brackets securely to your home's framing, not just the siding, using lag bolts and structural backing. For motorized models, we run a clean electrical connection to power the motor. The awning is assembled, tested, and adjusted for proper pitch and alignment. We walk you through the operation of your new awning, including how to extend and retract it, how to use the remote control (for motorized models), and how to care for the fabric to maximize its lifespan.
